We are a group of women dedicated to fostering connections, strengthening relationships, and empowering women in the death care profession. We invite you to join on us on this journey.
What we're about
Core Values
Our goal is to create a safe space for women to connect, be vulnerable and to feel seen and heard. Our core values include integrity, trust, respect, servant leadership, leading by example, humility, vulnerability, inclusion, confidentiality and accountability. These have become the foundation for everything we do.
Education & Connection
We love to focus on providing opportunities for women to receive education and training on a diverse range of issues that can help them as they work towards achieving their professional goals. We do this via zoom on a regular basis and in person as often as possible. We have already been a part of discussions on burnout, salary negoatiations, interpersonal workplace conflict resolution and many more topics, and we are always open to suggestions.
Mentorship Opportunities
Our Death Care Collective members have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience across the industry and we wanted to create an opportunity for women to give back and help the next generation of women as they grow in their careers. We are always looking to help form mutually beneficial connections between our members.
